Wrentham Engagement
Welcome
Welcome to Wrentham Engagement (WE).
WE is a local, grass-roots, non-partisan effort to encourage greater awareness and engagement in the events and decisions that shape our town’s governance and future.
The mission is to initiate, coordinate, and facilitate opportunities that foster and energize greater civic participation.

WE will do this by conducting forums, providing opportunities for citizens to engage, conducting outreach for volunteerism, and helping to fill communication gaps.

Together, WE can build a stronger, more informed, and connected Wrentham through the power of civic engagement.

-
Responsibilities of Offices and Boards. This segment will provide an overview of the responsibilities for each office and board on the ballot, approximate time commitments, and other ancillary tasks or expectations related to the office or board.
-
Campaigning. This segment will provide tips, experiences, and insights for conducting a campaign.

Candidates Forum (Cable 8 recording)

The Candidates Forum is an opportunity for voters to engage with candidates in a facilitated format. Candidates are asked a series of questions related to local current events and decisions that shape Wrentham’s governance and future. A Wrentham Engagement facilitator will ask questions that have been developed by Wrentham Engagement and include questions submitted by the public.
Candidates for all offices on the Town Election ballot are invited to attend.
In 2024, 14 of the 17 candidates on the ballot participated. The Forum is conducted in the King Philip Regional High School auditorium and with assistance from high school students that are on the Model United Nations Team and Student Council.

Join us for a casual gathering on the Town Common. This event is a unique opportunity for voters to connect directly with candidates - just voters and candidates engaging in open conversations.
