Why are you running?

I feel the library is an integral part of the town and I believe the services made available are important. As policy makers for the library, the Board of Trustees have the task of assisting the director to have a strong library with many services for the town. I wish to be part of that process.

Bio

Last year I ran for the 1 year position on the Library Board of Trustees as a write-in candidate and am now running for a full 3 year term. I have enjoyed my first year on the board and would like to continue as a way to give back to the town.

I have been a resident of Wrentham for almost 48 years. I have a Master’s degree in Mathematics and taught for over 20 years.

Over the years I was a member of the Holly Club for 45 years and served/volunteered in various capacities for town organizations/boards including Wrentham School Committee and the Food Pantry in addition to the Library Board of Trustees.
